I've had poor experiences at other shops, what do you do differently?

  • I back my workmanship and parts with solid warranties that I honor.
  • I test devices thorougly both before and after repairs.
  • Dust/moisture seals are always replaced.
  • I am honest and knowledgeable about part-quality options for repairs.
  • In the very rare case of additional damage during a repair, I replace the damaged component with the same quality part. No cheap aftermarket fixes! 

Do you use genuine (OEM) parts?

Yes! Genuine parts are the default option for many repairs. Aftermarket parts are also available and selected for their build quality and reliable performance. I avoid cheap and problematic aftermarket parts. 

How long will my repair take? 

I strive to have quick repair times, with most repairs being completed in 1 to 3 hours. Most iPhone repairs are completed in under an hour, whereas other repairs are completed in 2-3 hours.

Average time estimates will be given with each repair, along with maximum time estimates. Please note, 1 out of 1,000 repairs may exceed the maximum time estimates; in these cases remedies such as discounts or loaner phones will be offered.

Do you have the part in stock?

Hopefully! I stock many parts and am adding new parts to my stock daily. For parts out of stock, I can get them shipped in within 1-2 days!
